Joseph Hagerty

• Member of St. Thomas Episcopal Church in Hancock, MD.
• Has been married for 20 years to Mary Hagerty, has six children from ages four to fourteen.
• The Hagerty’s home is located in Fulton Co.
• Fourth generation in new home and construction industry.
• Previously owned a new home framing contractor business.
• Worked as project Superintendent for National Homebuilder, Ryland Homes.
• Worked as Production Manager for mid-sized regional builder, Advantage Homes, responsible for production of as many as 150 homes per year, and supervision of production staff.
• Very involved in home builders association activities, has served as officer in Franklin / Fulton HBA and in Washington Co. MD HBA, and volunteers in civic activities each year as well.
• Is the 2012 Vice President and was 2008 - 2011 President of the Fulton County Chapter of the Franklin County Builders Association.  
• Was on the 2008 - 2011 Board of Directors for the Franklin County Builders Association.
• Has traveled to the Netherlands and Africa as part of an agricultural envoy under President Reagan’s administration.
• Over 27 years industry experience.

Jeff Fisher

• Member of Christian Life Church in Chambersburg, PA
• Married to Tammie Fisher for 7 years.
• Associate of Arts degree in business administration
• Has a small farmette located on Cearfoss Pike, MD where he has three horses and three cats.
• Fourth Generation carpenter in new construction / remodeling industry. 
  
• Apprenticed under his father Richard Fisher Construction.Worked 5 years as a millwright and cabinet maker.
• Worked as Purchaser / Estimator for Advantage Homes where he first worked with Joe and where they developed and tested the methods and systems by which they build today.
• Over 20 years of industry experience.
